Polk County EHV Outbreak

Our thoughts and prayers are with you....

All of us at Tri-B Farm Horse Ministries express our deepest sympathies and pray for those horse owners that have been directly effected by the recent EHV outbreak in Polk County, IA.   This terrible disease is one that is important to and effects all those in the horse industry.

Hear our humble prayer, O God, for our friends the horses; especially those horses that are suffering and are weakened by EHV or any other disease or ailment.  We entreat for them all Thy mercy and pity, and for those who deal with them we ask a heart of compassion, gentle hands, and kindly words.  Make us, ourselves, to be true friends to horses and so to share the blessings of the merciful.

The Tri-B Farm Horse Ministries is our livelihood and our animals depend on us to provide superior care and treatment. Their care includes protecting them from exposure to disease and illnesses brought to the farm from visitors, participants, and boarders that visit other horse facilities.  We kindly ask you to refrain from visiting the Tri-B farm and our animals if you have been to another horse facility within the last 7 days.  If you must visit Tri-B Farms without observing 7 days away from other facilities, we ask you to shower, wash your clothes, and disinfect any boots or equipment you may have taken with you to the non-Tri-B facilities
